Refund policy

Customer Responsibility for Returns

The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs, including for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. A restocking fee of 10% applies to all returned orders. This fee is deducted from your refund and covers administrative and handling costs.


How to Start a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at support@chicagohaven.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and a short explanation of your request
  • For all returns, we will provide clear instructions on how to send your item back at your own cost

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging should be included where possible


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To request an exchange, contact us at support@chicagohaven.com within 30 days of receiving your order. The same return conditions apply.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them. After this window, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel within the 15-minute window, contact us immediately at support@chicagohaven.com. If your cancellation request is received in time, you will receive a full refund with no fees.

If the 15-minute window has passed, your order cannot be cancelled. You are welcome to return the item once received, subject to our standard return conditions and restocking fee.


Non Returnable Items

None. All items are eligible for return, exchange, and refund if they meet the conditions above.

  • Refund processed within 3 to 5 business days
  • Sent back to your original payment method

Your bank may take additional time to complete the refund.
